Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eye brow (waxing).

Most clients enjoy smooth, defined brows for two to four weeks. Growth rate varies by individual; regular appointments every 3–6 weeks help maintain shape. We recommend scheduling based on your hair growth and preferred look.

Waxing causes a brief sting for many, but discomfort is short-lived. We use professional technique and soothing products to minimize pain. Applying a cold compress afterward and avoiding caffeine before your appointment can reduce sensitivity.

Wait at least 12–24 hours before applying makeup directly to waxed areas to reduce irritation and infection risk. If you must, use clean, non-comedogenic products and light application. We offer post-wax calming serums to speed recovery.

No special preparation is required, but allow hair to grow about 1/4 inch for best results. Avoid retinoids or strong exfoliants 48 hours before. Arrive with a clean, makeup-free brow area to let our specialists work precisely.

Mild redness, tenderness, or tiny bumps can appear temporarily and usually subside within 24–48 hours. Avoid touching, hot showers, and intense exercise immediately after waxing. Contact us if irritation persists or you experience severe swelling or prolonged pain.

Gently exfoliate a few days before to remove dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs, but avoid exfoliating the day of your appointment. Trim any excessively long hairs and arrive with clean brows. Communicate your preferred shape to our stylist.
